Hi, I’m Shraddha—a certified yoga teacher with a Master’s in Yogic Science. My journey started in the corporate world, where I worked for over a decade but I didn’t feel complete. I felt the 9-5 grind wasn’t for me and kept wanting to take a break which made me follow my true passion—yoga and holistic wellness.
After moving to Rishikesh, I dedicated myself to deepening my practice, learning from various teachers, and exploring different styles of yoga. Over the years, I’ve combined my training in yoga, strength, and nutrition to help people find balance, strength, and inner peace.
Through my retreats, I aim to create a space where you can relax, reconnect, and rejuvenate—whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner. Join me in Rishikesh for a journey of movement, breath, and self-discovery.
